We created an irrigation system: digging a path and laying hose inside, installing sprinklers. We picked grape tomatoes off the vine and ate them, warm from the sun. We saw a full grown loofah. We planted sweet potatoes, marigolds, cassava trees, and watermelons. It took a while to scrape out the dirt from under our fingernails. The day was such a success, we want to plan another WMN Garden Day, soon! Thanks to all who came out and got dirty!
